There are two ways to submit issue tickets. Either you can email directly to firstname.lastname@example.org with your questions or issues and we will create a ticket or go to the "Support" tab on our website and then click on the "Contact Support" button on the following page.
We will engage with you Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm Pacific Standard Time (Los Angeles). We will get your questions answered by the next business day if we receive them during off-hours.
