Immix AI Link – Liability Waiver

Description of Services to be Performed

The scope for this project is to implement the alarm AI Link capability in Immix CS or GF. The purpose of AI Link is to take selected alarms from Immix and pre-process them using the AI Link machine learning algorithms to verify them for human or vehicle activity before presenting them to an operator in the Immix alarm queue.

The solution from Sentry is designed to mark alarms as “VERIFIED”, “UNVERIFIED”, “UNPROCESSED” and “FAULTED” and let the Licensee make the determination as to what alarms to present to an operator and what alarms to suppress from the operators. AI Link can be applied to individual cameras or alarms. This solution will stop specific alarms from being presented in the Immix Alarm Queue and therefore, the Licensee must sign a waiver that they understand the nature of this feature and the impact it will have on their alarm management. This waiver is attached as Appendix A to this agreement and the marking of alarms are attached as Appendix B.

Description of Deliverable

Implement an AI Link Mode feature on Licensee server for use on any camera/alarm. The configuration of this feature will be enabled as an alarm setting and will stop any alarm that has not met the “AI Link” condition set in the alarm configuration from being presented in the Alarm Queue.

Test Plan

●      Create an AI Link condition on an alarm point

●      Confirm alarms that meet the threshold are delivered to the Alarm Queue

●      Confirm alarm screen displays a “Verified” message on delivered alarms

●      Confirm alarms that do not meet the threshold are not added to the queue

Acceptance Plan

❏    The test plan for the functionality of the AI Link Mode has been conducted and passed as described.

A device setup to trigger AI Link alarms

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, NEITHER IMMIX nor SENTRY AI NOR ITS SUPPLIERS SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OF USE, LOST DATA, FAILURE OF SECURITY MECHANISMS, INTERRUPTION OF BUSINESS, OR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND (INCLUDING LOST PROFITS), REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF ACTION, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES IN ADVANCE.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, IMMIX’s, SENTRY’S AND ITS THIRD-PARTY SUPPLIERS’ ENTIRE LIABILITY UNDER THIS AGREEMENT SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS ACTUALLY PAID BY TO SENTRY IN RESPECT OF THE ORDER THAT IS THE SUBJECT OF THIS AGREEMENT.
