What you can report

  • Fraud, bribery, false records, or misuse of company money or property
  • Security breaches, or misuse of customer data, camera footage or other personal information

  • Breaking a law or regulation
  • Risks to health or safety
  • Conflicts of interest
  • Retaliation against someone who raised a concern
  • Any other breach of our policies

For product support or sales questions, use our contact page instead.

How we protect your anonymity

  • The form does not ask for your name or email address. Contact details are optional.
  • Our web server does not log visits to this page or submissions from it, so your IP address and browser details are not recorded.
  • This website does not keep a copy of your report. It is emailed to the people you choose and nowhere else on the site.
  • This site does not use cookies or tracking scripts for visitors.

What you write can still identify you, for example a detail only you would know. Leave out anything you do not want to share. If you are an employee, you may prefer to use a personal device and network rather than company ones.

Who receives your report

Reports are sent to Uday Kiran Chaka, CEO & Founder, and Keshava Murali, VP Product Development. Both are selected by default. If your report concerns one of them, untick their name and the report will not be sent to them.

What happens next

We aim to begin reviewing each report within 5 business days. The people reviewing it decide whether it needs investigating and what action to take.

Reports are kept confidential. They are shared only with people who need to see them to investigate or fix the problem, or where the law requires it.

We cannot reply to an anonymous report, so include as much detail as you can: what happened, when, where, and who was involved. If you leave contact details, we may contact you for more information and to tell you the outcome where we are able to.

No retaliation

We do not tolerate retaliation against anyone who reports a concern in good faith, or who helps with an investigation, even if the concern turns out to be mistaken. Retaliation includes dismissal, demotion, harassment, or any other unfair treatment. Anyone who retaliates will face disciplinary action, up to and including termination. If you believe you have been retaliated against, report that here too.

Knowingly making a false report is itself a breach of this policy.

Reporting outside the company

Nothing in this policy stops you from reporting a concern to a government agency, regulator or law enforcement, or requires you to tell us first.
