A prospective customer came to us with a common but difficult problem. Their security sites were spread across the city, but they could not ensure proper coverage to prevent crime. They needed a way to close that coverage gap and give their SOC (Security Operations Center) a clear, coordinated view of the guards in the field. They also needed to improve the performance of their SOC.

Sentry AI had the system to solve this problem. We enhanced it by bringing everything together in a visual map, enabling the operators to see the full picture at a glance.

Account-Wide Dashboard Map
We built a live dashboard map that gives customers one clear view of their entire account. This includes every site, every guard, and every sensor and IoT device, all shown in one place. The dashboard is fully customizable, so each client can set it up around what matters most to their operation.


Alert-Specific Coordination Map
Every security alert from Sentry AI now comes with its own dedicated map. When an incident happens, Remote Operators in the SOC can see the real-time location of every Patrol and Roaming Guard nearby. They can dispatch the closest available guard and track the guard movement as the response unfolds. A bottom-up status update lets guards confirm they're available before they get dispatched, so operators always know who is ready to respond. This turns a spread-out guard force into a coordinated response team.

Enhanced Patrol Guard App

Patrol Guards get two major upgrades on their app:

  • One-tap routing — guards can get directions straight to an incident site with a single button press.
  • Encrypted audio and video calls — guards and Remote Operators can connect through a secure call, giving the SOC a live, on-the-ground view of the situation and helping both sides coordinate faster.

Together, these features connect site monitoring, alert response, and field action into one system. This improves guard effectiveness and efficiency, and customers can manage a smaller guard force while keeping full control and visibility over their operation.
